About All Civil Contracting

All Civil Contracting is a leading contracting firm with over 40 years of experience in civil works. We are proud of our history of delivering high-quality completions and building long-term relationships with our clients. All Civil Contracting services all areas of Eastern N.S.W. from two yards located in Portland (Lithgow) and Castlereagh (Penrith) which has allowed All Civil to successfully deliver on projects from the Sydney C.B.D. to as far west as Cowra N.S.W. and everywhere in between.

Frank Manna started at 16 with a tractor and slasher in Silverdale NSW near Warragamba Dam while he was still in High School. He bought an old Bobcat and truck and started making vegetable gardens and driveways for local customers. From those days Frank has constantly had work, every day keeping him busy for 40 years as he added more equipment and skills to his business and bringing the same passion and respect to each new project which he delivers as if it is his own.

At five years of age, Franks son, Tore was aboard a Bobcat and has since followed in his father's footsteps to become a highly skilled operator and continues the family values of integrity, professionalism and work ethic.

Our success is built on the values of hard work, a perfect result, and value for money which have led All Civil to the heights of the industry, boasting Tier One clients and Government Projects consistently including Leighton, BMD, Defence Australia, RailCorp, Multiplex and CPB and many, many more.
